Disability Culture and Inclusion Training - presented in partnership with RAMPD

RAMPD is the premiere entity championing disability inclusion suited for music industry professionals. Their team of certified staff have vast experience training teams, groups and crews on inclusion, culture and safety when it comes to professionals, performers, patrons and passersby with disabilities, neurodivergence and mental health or chronic conditions, as well as arming folks with these conditions (whether disclosed or undisclosed) with support resources.
Through this session, participants will: 

• Learn about Disability Culture and Identity

• Understand tools for inclusion

• Identify practical accessibility pathways

• Practice responses to common scenarios

Venue and festival staff, management, and crew — anyone working in live events who wants to create more inclusive, accessible, and supportive spaces for colleagues, performers, and guests with disabilities.
