The mission of the National Independent Venue Foundation (NIVF) is to preserve and nurture the ecosystem of independent live performance venues and promoters throughout the United States by supporting a transparent, competitive marketplace serving a diverse and inclusive community of artists, fans, and industry workers.

The Emergency Relief Fund holistically covers unforeseeable situations beyond the control of independent venues, festivals, and promoters, including but not limited to natural disasters, natural hazards, manmade disasters, or acts of terrorism.

NIVF is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (Tax ID #85-2436574).

Contributions made to NIVF will help us continue to accelerate our mission. An investment of $5k, $10k to $25k can support our work in developing new programs and maintaining existing initiatives including the emergency and natural disaster relief funds.
